YouTube channel?!?

Yes. Yejeeknits is officially on YouTube. But is it good? It's pretty new. It's a baby that needs to grow and learn from other more seasoned YouTubers for sure.

YouTube videos are not easy. Let me tell you!!! I spent all morning creating, piecing together, uploading a video about starting chains in crochet and wow that was intense. AND I don't know how to add captions or music yet! Also I need a catchphrase. Everyone seems to have one to begin and end their videos! How does one acquire such knowledge???

I wanted to start a channel to teach others how easy crocheting and knitting can be. It's how I learned back in 2019. And to be honest, its all practice. You learn as you practice new stitches, as you figure out new stitches (thank you again YouTube!), as you ask for advice in the social media community. It's unbelievable how far anyone can hone and develop their skills by just practicing more. I mean I learned everything from YouTube and I constantly refer back to it when I get stuck with a project. I also knit and/or crochet everyday. Every single day. Ask my kids when they pretend to be mom, it's either "go eat your food!", or "did you clean up your mess" or it's mimicking me air knitting! (Yes I said air knitting! Should be a thing haha!)

Anyway so bear with me as I grow this YouTube channel. Like, save and subscribe! (That's what I'm supposed to say right!!?)
